系统win7 64位net3.5打了，net4.0（64位）也打； 。但是只要更新fnis就跳出这个提示，求帮助。net4.0几个版本全部试过了，ner4.5也打了没用求大神指点.

When attempting to add or remove an end_date for a responsibility that is assigned to a user an error occurs.

Cannot update this row because there is no direct assignment of the user XXX to the role FND_RESPXXXXXXXXXXXXSTANDARD in the workflow user/Role table. has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUP_API.UPDATE_ASSIGNMENT.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to the System Administrator responsibility > Security > user > define form
2. Choose a responsibility and try to update it. ( ie. Add or Remove the end date)
3. An error occurs.
